Hi, I’m Joanne… a full time working mum, a carer and the founder of Takeoff Unlocked. Most weekends I’m travelling up and down the country for my son’s karting races, juggling work, family and everything in between. I know what it feels like to want more freedom, more flexibility, and a bit more breathing room without giving up the moments that matter most.
I’ve built a successful travel business alongside my busy life and now I mentor other women to do the same. You can book pretty much anything you’d normally book online or through a high‑street travel agent — the difference is that now you earn commission every time. Slide 6 of the slide deck: Take Off Unlocked Info Pack UK has all of the main bookable options, but main ones are:

Commissions are released 30–60 days after the travel has taken place, simply because most travel suppliers don’t pay the host agency until that window has passed. Once the commission arrives with InteleTravel, it’s processed and sent on to you.
Your earnings are split 70/30 to begin with — 70% to you and 30% to the host agency. As you grow and reach £3,500 in total commissions, you’re rewarded with an 80/20 split, giving you an even bigger share of every booking.
Commissions from travel are paid weekly, every Wednesday, so you can enjoy a steady flow of income as your bookings complete.

My job is very gloomy and therefore I try to get out of the UK as much as possible. I have always lived for my holidays. That’s why I started as a travel agent to save money on my own travel and help others plan their holidays as I really enjoy creating a full itinerary for others.
